Do I need to sign up in advance?

Yes.

What is included in the art class?

We provide everything you’ll need – 1 canvas, paint, brushes, apron and step-by-step instruction.

If I come with a friend or a group of friends, can we all sit together?

Yes.

What is your cancellation policy?

The below cancellation rules apply to all reservations – public, private and fundraising sessions. All cancellations must be made by emailing trigo20162@gmail.com

– We require a 48 hour cancellation notification from your reservation date/time to offer a full refund or, you are welcome to apply your reservation for a future session good for 90 days from date of cancellation.
– If you notify the studio less than 48 hours from your reservation date/time, a studio credit will be issued to be used toward a future session.
– If you notify the studio 4 hours or less from the session start time, no refund or credit will be issued.
– “No Shows” forfeit any and all money and coupons, no exceptions.

Trigo reserves the right to cancel a painting session at any time due to low attendance, sickness, etc. If we decide to cancel, we will notify our guests via email to the address provided at time of your reservation, and we will post a notice on our Facebook page. You will be offered either a studio credit or refund.

Bad Weather: If we decide to cancel a session due to a weather storm emergency, all registered guests will be notified as quickly as possible via email address used when registering. We will also post a notice on our Facebook page. Everyone registered will receive a studio credit. If you are registered for a session and it is your choice not to attend due to weather, our cancellation policy above applies.

What time do I need to arrive for a session?

We request that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your session.

Do you see food and drinks?

Yes.

Can I b.y.o.b.?

Wine Yes – Corkage fee is only $10.. per bottle/item.

Do I have to paint the featured painting of the night?

Although we encourage it, our guests are welcome to paint whatever they want during any of our sessions. Most people sign up to paint the instructed painting, so if you are painting on your own, please be courteous to those around you as well as the instructor.

What do I wear?

Acrylic paints are NOT clothes friendly, so please dress appropriately. We provide aprons, and our paints are non-toxic, but we cannot be responsible for any articles ruined by paint, including clothes, hand bags, etc.

How old should a child be to attend a class ?

Ideally 7yrs old. Parents should come.
